"Service has been the foundation of my entire professional life. That standard now guides the way I serve every client in real estate."
Two Decades of Service
My name is Patrick Gannon, and before entering real estate I served 20 years on active duty in the United States Coast Guard β working as an Aviation Electrician Technician, Operations Specialist, and finishing my military career as an instructor.
Throughout those two decades I learned the importance of preparation, clear communication, accountability, and taking care of people when the stakes are high. That same standard now guides the way I serve clients in real estate.
As a licensed California real estate agent, a 20-year retired service member, and a Military Relocation Professional, my role is to help people make informed real estate decisions with confidence β whether they are buying, selling, relocating, or simply trying to understand their options.
Why I Do This
Real estate is one of the biggest financial decisions most people will ever make. It can also be one of the most stressful β especially for military families who are asked to pick up, relocate, and start over every three to four years.
I understand that lifestyle because I have lived it.
Over the course of my military career I personally completed eight military relocations. I know what it feels like to receive orders, research a new area, compare neighborhoods, evaluate schools, and make major housing decisions while balancing the demands of military life.
That experience gives me a deep level of empathy for the people I serve β especially active duty service members, veterans, and their families navigating a PCS move.
My goal is simple: to help you feel informed, confident, and protected as you make your next move. Whether you are moving across town or across the country, you deserve guidance that is clear, honest, and built around your best interests.
What You Can Count On
The name Serving Agent reflects the standard I believe real estate professionals should bring to the people they represent: service first, guidance always, and trust above everything else.
π‘ Clear Communication
You should never feel confused about where you stand, what comes next, or what your options are.
π― Honest Guidance
I give you the information you need to make the right decision β not the one that benefits me.
β Professional Accountability
My military background taught me that follow-through matters. If I say I'll do something, I do it.
π‘ Client-First Strategy
Your timeline, budget, family needs, and long-term goals all matter. Every situation is different.
